What is 4G, Features and Limitation of this technology
Do you know what this 4G is? What are its features? Talking about the time now, we are now using this 4G technology in our mobiles. We are still using high speed internet in our homes, in the office, but when we come on roads, this high speed is often reduced. At the same time there is nothing like this in 4G technology because whether you are using internet sitting in your house or traveling in bus or car outside of home, you will get speed internet facility in all places. Which was not possible before in all other technologies (1G, 2G, 3G).
Seeing the speed of 4G, it is also called mobile broadband. The full form of 4G is the fourth generation mobile network. This is a mobile communication that is IP-based voice, data. The gaming service supports high quality streamed multimedia in a portable device. While there were already features like video call, online streaming in 3G, they are also useful in 4G, but due to more data and speed, you can make video call HD quality in it, while you can also do live streaming. Where previously there was a slight decrease in speed due to more users, now this inconvenience does not come in 4G technology. Many such features are provided in 4G Mobile Technology, about which we will know further in this article what is 4G Mobile Technology. So without delay, let's start and know about what is 4G in Hindi.
Fourth Generation Technology is the full form of 4G. This is a very different technology in comparison to 3G and it has been made practically possible because the advancement of technology has been much in the last 10 years. Its main objective is to reach the network users of better and higher speed, high quality and high capacity. Also increase security so that the chances of data breach can be reduced. Also to reduce the prices of voice and data services. So that users can take full advantage of all new technologies.
Current applications in which mobile web access, IP telephony, gaming services, high-definition mobile TV, video conferencing, 3D television, and cloud computing are prominent. 4G has a very big hand in all these. To do this technology properly, MIMO (Multiple Input Multiple Output) and OFDM (Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) are used.
Main Standards of 4G:
If we talk about the main standards of 4G, then they are WiMAX and LTE. Let us know more about both these standards.
WiMaX: Full form of WiMAX is Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access. It is a wireless industry coalition dedicated entirely to the advancement of the IEEE 802.16 standard for BWA (broadband wireless access) networks. It supports WiMAX mobile, nomadic and fixed wireless applications. Its main purpose is to make more devices compatible and interoperable for use. WiMAX is competing with its competitor LTE.
LTE: Full form of LTE is Long Term Evolution. It is a standard of 4G wireless broadband that provides increased network capacity and speed to mobile device users. LTE has introduced many technologies when comparing it to other previous cellular systems. This helps LTE to operate easily. These technologies are OFDM (Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplex), MIMO (Multiple Input Multiple Output), SAE (System Architecture Evolution).
VoLTE: The full form of VoLTE is Voice-over-LTE. This is a new technology in which users phone calls are placed on the LTE network, in lieu of typical phone calls according to data packets. Therefore it is called packet voice and the packet is easily shared in the network. VoLTE supports multiple callers simultaneously and can reallocate bandwidth as and when required. Packet voice provides this facility to the user so that they can know whether the person they are calling is busy or not.
Most current cell phone models support both 4G and 3G technologies.
The 4G standard sets certain requirements for mobile networks that require Internet Protocol (IP) for data traffic and minimum data rates to be 100 Mbps. It is also known as MAGIC to better describe 4G technology. Where the full form of MAGIC is something like this:
M - Mobile multimedia
A - Anytime Anywhere
G - Global mobility support
I - Integrated wireless solution
C - Customized personal service
LTE means Long Term Evolution and we cannot even call it a technology because it is lying to get 4G speeds. This is a complete redesign and simplification of 3G network architecture, which results in significant reduction in transfer latency and increases both efficiency and speeds of the network.
